Waled Abdulqawi: There are no words that can describe the professionalism, strength and honesty of Santaniello's office. I was refused a Schengen visa from the Italian embassy for unclear and confusing reasons in mid-2018. Santaniello appealed the decision issued by the embassy before the General Court in Rome, He continued the case until the end of 2022 and won it, as he overturned the decision by court order and forced them to pay compensation. The emails I received from them was very accurate and specifically detailed, helping me make the right decision as if it were an update on the issue and advice for the best scenario I should go over.
